Presidents Collaborating with Alien Populations?

An American man, Frank Chu (born March 24, 1960), has engaged in protests and campaigns seeking to impeach Bill Clinton, Grover Cleveland, George W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, and other former U.S. Presidents.

Chu mostly protests daily, by walking throughout downtown San Francisco to publicise his claim that the former presidents are guilty of collaborating with an evil network of alien populations called the "12 Galaxies" who film him against his will, broadcast this footage intergalactically, and embezzle the royalties he is owed as a television and movie star.

Chu believes he has starred in a movie series since childhood, called "The Richest Family,"which has been a major success in other galaxies.

Only becoming aware that he was a star in this series, after he received telepathic messages from former Soviet and UN presidents in the mid-1990s, Chu also asserts that many of the US presidents responsible are actually duplicates.
